There is an annual membership fee of £130 (2024 rate) plus a £10 refundable deposit for new members. There are reduced rates for youth (18-21) and senior members (£80) and junior (<18) members (£15). The fee is due in mid February every year, just before the start of the brown trout fishing season.
Member’s Guest tickets are also available from Caurnie Angling Club Committee members and must be purchased prior to fishing.
If requested we will do what we can to provide new club members with an experienced mentor to make sure they settle in and made to feel welcome.
Young people are the lifeblood of the club; in fact nearly 10% of our club are junior members, which is large compared to many other clubs.
We can recommend local accredited instructors for people new to fly fishing. Club competitions run throughout the season, including a junior trophy, and club outings to various fisheries around Scotland.
